2024 PE Film blowing machine maintenance - targeted maintenance items 


  1. Blown film machine Feeding machine system: clean the filter in time and check whether there is air leakage in the negative pressure feeding system.

 2. Film Extruder system: 

(1) Observe the current of the pressure instrument and the main motor, and clean the screen changer in time 

(2) Check the gearbox, screw and main motor for noise and overheating 

(3) Check the operating frequency, current and temperature rise of the inverter, and clean the dust of the motor and inverter on time. 

(4) Correct the error between the thermocouple measurement and the actual temperature. 

(5) Correct the placement of the extruder and adjust the sheave to ensure the angle and level of the extruder. 

3. Die head system:

 (1) The secondary heating method is adopted for heating at start-up to avoid temperature overshoot.

 (2) Before starting and shutting down, use a pure copper scraper to clean the accumulated material and paraffin to clean the membrane mouth to reduce the influence of precipitates on the membrane bubble. 

(3) Cover the protective felt in time after the shutdown to avoid mold damage. (This method is used in the upper blowing machine) 

(4) Regularly check the temperature and current of each temperature zone and the heating plug-in at the membrane mouth, and correct the temperature difference.

(5) Correct the level of the die head and the center point to match the traction. 

(6) Use a torque wrench to disassemble the mold screws, operate according to the specified torque, and use molybdenum disulfide grease for the high-temperature screws. 

(7) It is forbidden to weld and cut the mold. 

4. Wind ring maintenance: clean up the debris and dust in the wind ring in time 

5. Traction device maintenance: herringbone folding without pollution, clamping traction (cooling) roller pressure is suitable, no condensation, and the flattening roller runs flexibly. 

6. Corona processor maintenance: 

(1) Regularly clean the high-voltage transformer, discharge roller, discharge frame, electric control box, and adjust the discharge gap; 

(2) Check the humidity of the equipment before starting, avoid short circuit of the discharge frame, check the operating temperature of the discharge roller bearing, 

(3) Replace the silicone tube in time. 

7. Electrical maintenance 

(1) Ensure the stability and reliability of the power supply, and the performance parameters meet the requirements, 

(2) Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity, maintain good grounding, and pay attention to eliminating the danger of static electricity. 

(3) Remove radiator dust regularly. (4) It is forbidden to repair core components with points.
